We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. its location at one of the busiest streets made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially at the front office and reservation. They were attentive and efficient in handling our needs. Secondly, the room amenities were top-notch. We were impressed by the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, and free toiletries provided. Additionally, the television and telephone in the room added to our convenience. Lastly, the dining experience at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area was fantastic. The variety of options for breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the check-out were friendly and accommodating. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

The room was a good size, which was really nice. the staff were friendly, and the food served here was enjoyable. It's just a 30-minute drive to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. Plus, you're only a few steps away from Nasi Goreng Pekantan, a great spot for lunch! 🍽️

The location is great, near the express railway station for airport, back to the airport, and to the restaurant. the room is spacious with a good view of the swimming pool. the bathroom is clean with fresh linen. the staff is friendly and the bellboys perform well.

The breakfast is not the nicest Indonesian cuisine by any means.

The airport shuttle service was fantastic, making our arrival and departure from the city a breeze. The pool was great too, a nice escape from the busy city. We also appreciated the location, close to some great street food stalls and markets.

The restaurant was empty most nights and the available options were not very appealing. We also found the cleanliness of the bathroom to be lacking, and had some issues with the towels.

Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.
